Mrtgcalc supports lease loans and includes the much-awaited Loan Amount Calculator, Interest Rate Calculator and Loan Term Calculator alongside the popular Monthly Payment Calculator.

• The Monthly Payment Calculator determines what you will have to pay each month knowing the Interest Rate, Loan Term, Downpayment (if any), Residual (for Lease Loans) and the amount you would like to borrow.
• The Loan Amount Calculator determines the amount you can borrow knowing the Interest Rate, Loan Term, Downpayment (if any), Residual (for Lease Loans) and what you can afford to pay each month.
• The Interest Rate Calculator determines the Interest Rate you would pay knowing the Amount, Downpayment (if any), Residual (for Lease Loans), Loan Term and Monthly Payment. This is very useful when comparing loans and if you are possibly thinking of re-financing an existing loan.
• The Loan Term Calculator determines how long it would take to clear a loan knowing the Amount, Downpayment (if any), Residual (for Lease Loans), Interest Rate and Monthly Payment.

For all four calculators, Mrtgcalc will add a row to the list of loan calculations giving details of the Loan Name, Loan Amount, Down Payment, Residual, Term (Mths), Rate (%), Monthly Payment, Total Capital, Total Interest and Total Paid.

For each loan calculation, Mrtgcalc can show a full loan Amortization breakdown giving details of the Month, Monthly Payment, Capital Paid, Interest Paid, Outstanding Loan Balance and Capital Repayment for each month, with also running totals for the Total Capital Paid to date, Total Interest Paid to date and Total Paid to date for the month. If the user wishes, he can also enter capital repayment amounts associated with the selected month or months to view the new loan amortisation breakdown and analyse the amount of money and time saved.

The application has no restrictions on the number of loan calculations that you can enter and store, allows the user to select, edit, personalize & delete calculations as well as clear all the calculations, has the ability to export loan calculations & amortization breakdowns and provides a save & restore facility so that calculations can be stored for later reuse.

Mrtgcalc (ver 5.1) has improved performance & usability, and allows the much requested, editing of previously saved loan calculations without the need to re-enter the inputs again. Moreover, the system can utilize the appropriate inputs of a previous loan regardless of which calculator you now want to use and which calculator was originally used to store the loan. This is a very powerful feature and one that Pocket PC users with access only to a virtual keyboard will especially appreciate.
